Schroders has announced the replacement for global head of distribution Massimo Tosato when he departs at the end of the year.
Deputy head of distribution John Troiano and current head of Asia Pacific Richard Mountford will both replace Tosato, effective immediately.
Troiano will take the role of global head of distribution, while Mountford will become global head of product. Both will report to group chief executive Peter Harrison.
As part of the shifts, group head of wealth management Philip Mallinckrodt will take on more responsibility as group head of private assets, in addition to continuing to oversee the wealth management business.
Meanwhile, Andrew Ross, who is deputy head of wealth management and chief executive of Cazenove, will become global head of wealth management.
Tosato will continue to take board positions and other roles at the company until his departure.
