“The senior portfolio managers within the team have worked together within the same investment philosophy and process for more than a decade. Tom’s proven investment track record and leadership skills mean he is the right person for the job.”

Conway says: “I am pleased that Tom is taking on responsibility for the team. I believe the key to our success has been a clearly defined philosophy, a robust investment process and a strong team culture.

“I am confident that this will continue under Tom’s leadership. Together the team will continue to deliver the strong investment performance our clients expect.”
