The Telegraph has hired Carlton Hood from Old Mutual Group as managing director of its financial services business.
Hood, who is also a former chief executive of Confused.com, is tasked with boosting The Telegraph’s range of financial products and services.
Joining in September, Hood will report to COO Nick Hugh.
Helen Casey is also moving from Old Mutual Group to The Telegraph as proposition director, and will report to Carlton. She was previously group head of marketing at Old Mutual.
