Novia poaches Axa Life Invest’s Rose to head new team

Novia has poached Axa Life Invest’s Dot Rose as head of the newly created account management team at the firm.

Rose previously worked with Novia when employed at Aegon as sales support manager in its platform support team for seven years, before joining Axa Life Invest in 2014 where she set up the UK sales desk.

As the firm pushes to retain relationships with advisers, Novia will continue hiring new account managers over the coming months, it says.

Novia sales director Paul Boston says: “Dot is exactly the right person to lead this newly formed account management team. Her extensive experience in customer service and real understanding of the platform market makes her an ideal candidate.

“Working alongside the implementation team, these new account managers will provide personalised support helping to boost adviser and investor outcomes.”

Rose says: “Novia also has a strong reputation in the market for first rate customer service so I am very much looking forward to the challenge of supporting this in the newly created role.”

In September, Heartwood Investment Management appointed Paul Rose, formerly at Novia, to become its intermediary client director.
