Liontrust non-exec director Hirsch to retire after 15 years

Liontrust Asset Management non-executive independent director Glyn Hirsch is set to retire at the start of September 2014.

Hirsch has been with the board for 15 years. He is currently chief executive of Raven Russia, a UK-listed property investment company specialising in commercial property in Russia.

Liontrust has yet to reveal a replacement for Hirsch but says it will announce a new director in due course.

Hirsch has also been chairman of the nomination and remuneration committees at Liontrust.

Senior independent director Mike Bishop will takeover as the new chairman of both committees immediately following Hirsch’s retirement.
