Albemarle appoints Yousefian as consultant

Fund research firm Albemarle Street Partners has appointed ex-Charteris fund manager Tony Yousefian as an independent consultant.

Yousefian will join at the beginning of October and will sit on the firm’s investment committee to help identify asset allocation parameters and fund selection for model portfolios.

Albemarle was founded in 2012 by Dan Kemp and Clive Hale.

Hale says: “Tony has been in the industry nearly as long as myself and brings much experience to our investment team and process.”

In July Yousefian left Charteris Treasury Portfolio Managers after only three months at the firm.

The management of the £9m OPM Property fund is being handled by Charteris chief executive Ian Williams.
