Henderson head of global partnerships departs

Henderson head of global partnerships James Tothill has left the firm after three years.

He joined the firm as part of the Henderson’s acquisition of New Star in 2009, where he was associate director of international life companies.

Reporting to Simon Hillenbrand, the director of UK retail, Tothill was responsible for managing relationships with international insurance companies and other global distributors.

Prior to New Star, Tothill was the international development manager for Prudential International Assurance, an offshore Life company based in Dublin.

In September, Henderson director of marketing and distribution services Richard Wilson left the business.

Wilson also joined Henderson from New Star, where he was marketing director for over six years.
