Ucits funds saw net inflows of €20bn during the third quarter of the year, reports the European Fund & Asset Management Association, as outflows from equity funds dropped.
Inflows rose from €7bn during the second quarter, according to EFAMA.
Net outflows of equity funds dropped from €28bn in the second quarter to €9bn, while bond funds saw inflows of €50bn rising from €42bn in the second quarter.
However, money market funds saw a steep rise in net withdrawals during the third quarter, increasing from €1bn in the second quarter to €31bn.
Combined Ucits and non-Ucits assets increased by 3.6 per cent during the third quarter to €8,741bn at the end of September 2012, compared with €7,960bn at the end of 2011.
