Old Broad Street Research (OBSR) has suspended the rating of the JP Morgan Emerging Markets Infrastructure fund following a change in management.
Leon Eidelman is set to become the lead manager of the fund, with Richard Titherington becoming co-manager.
The £26.5m fund has had both its ‘A’ rating for the onshore and offshore versions suspended, with OBSR adding that it will continue to meet with Eidelman and Titherington to monitor the fund’s progress.
The investment philosophy and process will not change, according to the asset manager.
A spokesperson says: “We have simply changed Leon to lead manager on the fund and Richard will be back-up manager.
“The reason being simply that we think a specialist mandate requires a dedicated manager. Richard has other responsibilities. Leon has been involved with the fund since launch.”
