The addition of Arjent brings the number of discretionary managers on the platform to 38.

The Arjent Managed Portfolio Solution offers multi-asset 10 risk-graded strategic model portfolios.

Paul Boston, sales & marketing director at Novia, says: “Arjent’s risk graded strategic models are derived from 20 years of underlying asset class index data, and provide clients with access to a broad spectrum of investments.”

The platform has also announced a number of adviser roadshows in Bath, Belfast, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Exeter, Leeds, London and Salford during April.

The roadshows will be run in conjunction with a number of discretionary fund managers. (article continues below)

Boston adds: “We have seen an increasing shift away from adviser fund selection and a move towards the use of outsourcing investment decisions to collective vehicles such as these.

“There continues to be considerable debate in the market about how the use of DMs via a platform can support adviser business models and we hope that these roadshows will provide an interesting source of discussion around these topics”
