Morningstar OBSR puts JOHCM European under review

Morningstar OBSR’s rating of Rod Marsden’s JOHCM European fund now ‘under review’ following a 98 per cent dive in assets under management.

The fund’s AUM is just £2m, having falling from £151.4m since the start of the year. 

Morningstar OBSR says: “Following a significant decrease in the assets of the JOHCM European fund and the resulting uncertainty surrounding the viability of the fund, Morningstar OBSR has placed the fund’s rating under review.

”The fund previously held a Morningstar OBSR Analyst Rating of Bronze.”

Managed by Marsden since its May 2003 inception, the fund is ranked fourth quartile in the IMA Europe including UK sector over three years to 8 July 2013 and third quartile over five years.
