Enterprise investment scheme platform Kuber Ventures has hired Beverley Leonard to head up the business development in the north-west.
Prior to her new position Leonard worked for Legal and General as wealth development manager. She has 25 years’ experience in financial services and has also held positions at Axa, Canada Life and Aviva.
Kuber managing partner John Williams says: “The EIS industry is on the cusp of seeing significant growth following the recent Ucis announcement from the FCA.
”The market is opening up and we expect to see an increase in the number of investors and funds entering the market.”
William says Kuber is in the process of expanding and hiring a team of business development managers.
He says: ”Beverley’s extensive experience will be invaluable in taking the company forward and we are delighted to welcome her to the team.”
Kuber recently hired Martin Green as regional business development manager for the south-west and Midlands and Debbie Mahanta from St James’s Place as business development director.
