ISIS Capital Partners has opened a £40m top-up offer for four of its Baronsmead VCTs.
Baronsmead VCT, VCT 2, VCT 3, and VCT 4 are raising £10m each before costs, with investors able to invest in specific vehicles or across the range.
The tax-enhanced investment companies, launched between 1995 and 2001, have portfolios of about 70 companies.
Baronsmead VCTs aim to pay out regular tax-free dividends, averaging between 8.5p and 10p over the past five years.
ISIS Capital partner Andrew Garside says: “In aggregate, the companies raised £23.7m (after costs) between December 2012 and February 2013,” he says.
“Since 1 January 2013, the Companies have invested approximately £34.2m, in aggregate, comprising 13 new investments and 13 follow-on investments.”
