North Investment Partners has appointed three non-executive directors to the board, representing three investment groups.
Alex Catto, director at Neptune, Andrew Martin Smith, chairman at Parmenion Capital Management, and Tim Weller have joined the board, taking a 30% stake in the company.
The remaining 70% of the shares continue to be held equally by founders, John Husselbee and Rebecca Murphy.
John Husselbee, chief investment officer of North Investment Partners, says: “We issued three invitations and after appropriate due diligence received three acceptances.
“The depth and breadth of their collective insight across asset management, governance, business management and marketing will add greatly to the strength of the North team.
He adds: “Importantly, they are interested in our business and keen to provide support and active involvement as we enter the next growth stage.”
