Hargreave Hale boosts investment management team further

Hargreave Hale has added Ben McKeown to its investment management team, the latest in a swathe of investment hires.

McKeown used to work as a private client manager at Killik & Co, dealing with high net-worth investors, trusts and charities.

Hargreave Hale chairman Giles Hargreave says: “Ben is another welcomed addition to the firm and underlines our commitment to recruiting talented individuals, as we continue to expand our business.”

Hargreave Hale has recently opened a new York office and bolstered its London office with four new investment managers.

In June, Victoria Macdonald, Ian Kavanagh and Neil Jones joined the London office as investment managers, leaving their private client jobs with Brewin Dolphin.

Last month Hargreave Hale signed Jeannette Cottrell, formerly of Bestinvest, as an investment manager.

The firm has £3.8bn under management across its seven offices.
