Credit Suisse Asset Management’s Nigel Hill has stepped down as chief executive officer with former co-head of the group’s head fund services Stephen Foster assuming the position.
Following an announcement from Companies House that Hill had had his appointment at the firm terminated, Credit Suisse AM confirmed that Hill had in fact stepped down from his role at the end of October 2013.
Hill has since been appointed as global head of front services and chief operating officer at Credit Suisse’s private banking and wealth management arm, which includes the firm’s asset management business.
Stephen Foster has succeeded Hill as the new chief executive officer at Credit Suisse AM.
Foster has also retained his existing position as chief operating officer within EMEA alternative investments at Credit Suisse.
Prior to this Foster also held senior roles within the investment bank and asset management businesses at Credit Suisse including global co-head of hedge fund services.
