Axa Investment Managers global head of its client group Laurent Seyer has left the firm, being replaced by global head of multi-asset client solutions and trading & securities financing Christophe Coquema.
In turn Coquema will be replaced by chief operating officer of fixed income Julien Fourtou.
The client group was established in February 2014 to help grow third party assets, developing relationships in the institutional, retail and wholesale markets.
Fourtou has been at AXA IM since 2000, working across a number of investment teams in the company, and will now join the Axa IM management board.
Axa IM has yet to name a replacement for the fixed income chief operating officer role.
Prior to being global head of MACS & TSF, Coquema was global chief operating officer since joining the company in 2006.
Axa IM chief executive Andrea Rossi says: “In addition to congratulating Christophe and Julien on their new roles, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Laurent Seyer for the significant contribution he has made since joining AXA IM in May 2012. I wish him all the best for the future.”
