Quilter Cheviot has promoted senior fund research analyst Nick Wood to head of investment fund research following the firm’s integration with Old Mutual Wealth’s multi-asset team.
Quilter Cheviot’s Ben Mountain and Old Mutual Wealth’s Anthony Gillham now lead the combined 24 staff multi-asset investment team.
In his new role, Wood will lead an eight-staff team and will manage fund research as well as analysing all third-party manager investments.

The research team will cover both open-ended and closed-ended funds across all regions and asset classes.

We are confident that under his leadership the fund research team will make a first class contribution to our investment proposition.”
Old Mutual Wealth has recently seen the departure of John Ventre, François Zagamé and Stewart Cazier following as part of the integation of Quilter Cheviot.
