The Schroder UK Mid & Small Cap investment trust has changed its name to Schroder UK Mid Cap.
The change in name came into effect immediately following the general meeting. The company’s shares began to trade on the London Stock Exchange under the new name on the same date.

Co-managers Rosemary Banyard and Andrew Brough will remain in their current roles. (article continues below)
The Company’s London Stock Exchange TIDM code (ticker), “SCP” will remain unchanged.
A new web address for the company has yet to be amended to reflect the change but Schroders say details will be released as soon as the address goes live.
