F&C has appointed Philip Martin, the co-founder of the Nucleus platform, as head of proposition for its British retail business.
In his new role, Martin will be responsible for helping F&C grow its British retail franchise.
Martin left Nucleus in June. He was business development director for the wrap provider, which he co-founded in 2006.
Prior to this, Martin ran his own strategic marketing and product development company, Abacus, and has held management roles at Ivory & Sime and Scottish Life.
Martin will take up his new role on October 6. He replaces Barry Neilson, who is leaving the company.
