Two appointed at Old Mutual

Old Mutual Asset Managers has appointed two fund managers, Chris Palmer and Rachid Semaoune. Palmer, who joins from Elgin Capital, where he was a crossover credit specialist focusing on the sterling bond market, becomes co-manager of the Old Mutual Dynamic Bond Fund alongside Andrew Tunks. Semaoune takes the role of deputy manager of the Old Mutual Corporate Bond Fund under Stephen Snowden. He was previously a trader and credit analyst at Gulf International Bank.
