Investec Wealth & Investment has appointed Louise Hall to head up the firm’s London office.
Hall replaces David Bulteel, who has been promoted to lead IW&I’s international division.
Having joined IW&I as a graduate trainee in 1989, Hall has overseen the firm’s specialist charities and not-for-profit division since 2004, during which time it has grown to manage £2.8bn in charities’ assets. Hall will continue to provide investment management and strategic advice for these clients.
Jonathan Wragg, IW&I chief executive, says: “In addition to playing an instrumental role in expanding our charities division, Louise has been a highly regarded member of our senior management team in London for many years and is ideally suited to take over the leadership of our largest office.
“My sincere thanks go to David Bulteel for his tremendous contribution to the growth of the London team. I have every confidence that he will bring the same level of success to our international division.”
Hall adds: “I am excited by this opportunity to lead the London office and look forward to working closely with my colleagues across the business to ensure we continue to deliver the highest level of service and investment management expertise to our clients.”
