The Bank of New York Mellon is an international investment company based in New York, with EMEA headquarters in London and Asia-Pacific headquarters in Hong Kong. It was formed in 2007 as a result of the merger of the Bank of New York and Mellon Financial Corporation.
With 15 offices in the UK, BNY Mellon provides asset servicing, asset management, private equity and hedge fund administration, broker-dealer services, depositary receipts, corporate trust and treasury services for institutions, corporations and individual investors.
Since April 2013, the firm also provides dealing services across fixed income and equities for institutional clients in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
