Amundi launches Multi Asset Global fund

Globe-Global-World-Map-700x450.jpgAmundi has launched a Ucits version of its Multi Asset Global fund.

The product, already available in France, aims to outperform the Euro Over Night Index Average index by more than 2.5 per cent per year over a three-year period.

The fund, which will be managed by Amundi’s multi-asset institutional team, has a maximum “ex-ante volatility” of 4 per cent, meaning the team will assess future events, such as potential returns or prospects of a company, to limit the impact of market movements on the portfolio.

The minimum investment for the fund is a thousandth of the fund’s NAV is at the time of subscription. Charges are 1.07 per cent.

Alexandre Burgues,a co-manager on the fund, says: “We use a multi-asset class and international allocation to tap different sources of performance and adapt our fund’s exposure to the various markets, within a well-defined framework.”

Amundi has total assets of €116bn (£84.8bn), as at 30 June 2015.
