Jupiter poaches Langridge
Jupiter has hired Lloyd George’s Kathryn Langridge and intends to launch a global emerging markets (Gem) fund for her to manage in due course.
Langridge has run long emerging market equity funds at Lloyd George since 2007 and prior to that worked at Invesco Perpetual for 17 years, where her roles included head of Asian investments and head of international equity products.
Jupiter manages some £1.2 billion in funds covering the Gem space. It runs eight mutual funds that focus on emerging Europe, Asia excluding Japan, China and India.
